MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST WE DO:

• Check and change air filter

• Defrost mode operation check

• Check blower motor ensemble

• Securing electrical connections

• Check heat exchangers for cracks

• Burners and flame sensor cleaning

• Condensate pump operation check

• Outdoor fan motor and blade check

• Compressor operating and oil leaks check

• Blower motor speed adjustment if needed

• Refrigerant pressure and temperatures check

• Check exhaust vent pipe and carbon monoxide level

We will provide a maintenance report detailing the work completed and any recommendations for future service.
